TATA Passenger Vehicle

Tata Punch

The All-new Tata Punch is now available through CSD

Despite being a little more expensive option than its competitors, the Tata Punch has been favourably received by Indian consumers. In its first month of sales, Tata Motors’ micro-SUV made the top ten list of best-selling passenger cars in India, and it has a lengthy waiting list for all of its variations. The Tata Punch is now available for purchase in the CSD canteen for military personnel. The Tata Punch’s CSD price starts at Rs 4.86 lakh (ex-showroom), making it even less expensive than the Tata Tiago XE’s base price of Rs 4.99 lakh (ex-showroom).

Tata Punch

Tata Motors’ latest entry into the Indian market is the Tata Punch, a micro-SUV that sits between the Tiago NRG and Nexon sub-compact SUVs. The Punch is only available with a 1.2-litre three-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine, which it shares with other Tata models such as the Tiago, Tigor, and Altroz. The engine has a maximum power output of 86 PS and a peak torque output of 113 Nm and is available in both 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT transmissions.

The best-in-class Projector headlamps with daytime running LEDs, front fog lamps, 16-inch machined alloy wheels, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple Carplay, reverse camera, push start-stop button, height-adjustable driver’s seat, 7-inch TFT screen in instrument console, automatic climate control, and multi-functional steering wheel with cruise control are among the features available on the Tata Punch’s creative trims.

The Tata Punch also made headlines when it received a well-deserved 5-star rating in the Global NCAP crash tests, establishing it as the new safest car available in India. Dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, and reverse parking sensors are all standard on the micro-SUV.
